At TYPE S, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailing bag.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
